Reserve your Whole Beef Share from River Ranch Meats with a $1,000 deposit.

Your deposit secures your reservation and will be applied toward your final purchase price.

Our cattle are grass-fed, pasture-raised on California's Central Coast, and carefully cared for to produce premium-quality beef. A whole beef share provides the greatest value and includes a wide selection of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts.

Pricing

• $15.00 per pound based on the final hanging (carcass) weight
• $1,000 deposit due today
• Your deposit is credited toward the final balance
• After processing, we'll calculate the total based on the actual hanging weight and send you an invoice for the remaining balance.

After placing your reservation, you'll receive a co-ownership agreement to complete electronically. Once your agreement is signed, we'll keep you informed throughout the harvest and processing process until your beef is ready for pickup or delivery.

How It Works

1. Reserve Your Beef Share
Place your order by paying the $1,000 deposit.

2. Sign the Co-Ownership Agreement
After purchase, we'll email you a livestock co-ownership agreement for electronic signature.

3. Customize Your Order
Before processing, you'll receive a cut sheet so you can choose how you'd like your beef packaged.

4. Final Payment & Pickup
Once processing is complete, we'll calculate your final balance based on the actual hanging weight. Your $1,000 deposit is applied toward the total. After the remaining balance is paid, your beef will be ready for pickup or delivery.
